      Was quoted for a vehicle repair on March 19 2025, paid in full for parts and labor. Owner and his wife, *****, had stated that once the parts had arrived, the repairs would take a day and a half. Had contacted many times and was told the parts werent there yet, the rest of the parts would be there on Friday March 28, 2025 car should be finished if not today, Monday March 31st, 2025. Had called again and was unable to reach them and had used someone else to contact them because my cellphone number was on caller ID and they didnt recognize the number. It showed private caller and stated my vehicle would be done April 2nd-3rd theres nothing on the schedule we will work on it and get it finished, vehicle sat in the same place. Had contacted them on April 4th at 7:23AM and ***** had stated they were on their way to an appointment and as soon as they got back we will get it finished. Had contacted her again at 11:50AM and she had stated that it will be done tomorrow.

      I've been dealing with health issues, but with that being said i finished the customers car as fast as i could she now has her vehicle completely finished with what she paid for.

      I am rejecting this response because: I was given multiple times, different days of when my vehicle would be finished and, only once was health problems a factor. All of the other time frames I was given the shop was closed when they dont have anything else on the schedule, and the last excuse was the town was flooded and were dealing with that unaware that I also live in the same town right across from the garage. They avoided my phone calls and would reject them and I am unsatisfied with the service. My expectations and the reality of what they were providing me was unmatched and disappointing.

      Sorry that the job wasn't done as fast as it was promised. The job is completed with everything we discussed and was in working order when it left. If you would of taken it to another local shop it would have taken longer and been more expensive.

      I am rejecting this response because: This is a professional position and if I wouldve went to a different shop maybe they wouldve been able to give me accurate and consistent information about my vehicle and when it would be finished instead of 10 different days/times it wouldve been done and wasnt and wouldnt have avoided my calls or texts. I cant fix a weak mind and wish you the best of luck in your position. Ive seen multiple people have gone through the same thing, and Im glad that during the time you were having health problems my child wasnt severely ill and thankfully I am working from home. You will not be getting business from me.

      ******* ********,owner got 12oo.oo dollars off of me to do a engine swap ,told me the job would take a week or a couple days after that to finish the job. Car has been sitting on his lot for a month. He hasn't done one thing to our car.I want him out of business. He's doing things to other people thats going to get himself hurt. Close him down please.

      **** ******** did give me $1200 as a down payment so i could go get his engine, i bought the engine with said money, and yes i told him it would take a week or so after i got his engine to get his vehicle in here as i am a small business and dont have the space to do big jobs. But instead of giving me the chance to get it in and repair it, he decided he wanted to take it some where else which is fine by me but i have to wait to give him his refund until i can get the money back out of the engine, he keeps calling and threatening the business and myself, it has been reported to the sherriff and as soon as i have the money back from his engine i will give him a refund, minus the storage fees that have incured from him taking the keys and not removing his car from my lot.
