This has been going on for nearly two years I bought our house almost two years ago, we thought we was paying our sewage bill to our local water an electric company because water departments usually control the sewage the glouster water an electric bill has the abbreviation's SS sewage services. We got hit with a special assessment taxes last year which probably has late fees an the company is going to hit me with another assessment taxes. So the company has been sending my bill to the last owners trust fund manager but in my name so that is acknowledgement in my opinion that they knew the house sold. Someone neglected to to there job right I never got a a single bill , delinquent bill, no notice for anything, no phone call, no mail and no one stopped by the address they are billing for. Now they want me to pay 227.15 before November 4th which probably has late fees because again someone failed to do there diligence on the billing for my home or get hit with another assessment taxes this is me trying to resolve this problem without courts but that will be my next step to seek damages. The bill I will upload is the one an only bill I have got in almost two year's they want me to show up to a board meeting an talk about money with a room full of people not going to happen..
