    About 3 years ago, I signed a contract leasing to Huntingtons Billboards.
    In the contract, I am to get a QUARTERLY STATEMENT, of their lease on the sign, and a check. My check is a Min. $100 up to 15% of the signs income, per month, whichever is larger.
    To date, I have only received 1 annual check, each year. Which, unfortunately, I cashed, as I “trusted” the minimum, was probably higher. But, I had NOT received a statement.
    This year, I sold my property, and after reading my contract, I noticed I am SUPPOSED to get a Quarterly statement and payment. I CALLED THEM, and addressed the issue. They SAID they would check last years leases, and see if I was shorted. And then send me a check this quarter (since I know, we are OVER the minimum so far this year.
    I have yet to receive this years STATEMENT, nor MY CHECK, let alone my last years statement.
    Since the Property sold in mid May, I would like to get my Quarterly PAY and my PRORATED MAY pay, so I can let this go to the new owner.
    I have called, He has called, and so far, we are getting nowhere.
    I do Not get return calls when I leave my number.
    However, when I call to advertise, I get the phone answered, and a call back.
    I just would like to have this wrapped up, and would be happy to pull the complaint once I get my final check and Statement.

    You are set up on a $1200.00 annual base rent lease OR %15, whichever is greater. I have pulled revenue for each year since the structure was built. The revenue would have to exceed $8,000.00 for the yearly payout to be higher than $1200. To date, the highest yearly revenue we have received was in 2021 with a total yearly revenue of $4,322.50. A voucher does not generate for base rents so that is why you are not receiving one. I apologize if you feel that we haven't communicated well. I did speak to you recently about your lease and I have corresponded via email with the new owner. I have everything changed over into his name. I have attached a printout for revenue received each year and a statement of your yearly payments since the structure was built. You and the new landowner will receive what is owed to you for 2024 in January of 2025. We will mail those payments out on 1/15/2025. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
