I am trying to get in touch with the owner as we have been long term customers and I have recently had a horrible experience with our groomer who is now the lead. She has been rude, unprofessional, and on a personal level crossed boundaries and trust. We would like to speak with someone about this matter and do not feel comfortable doing so as we do not know how to reach a higher level manager or the owner. Please have one of them contact us.

Hello, my name is *****, I am a manager at Doggie Day Spa. We received notice of this complaint AFTER we had reached out to this customer via phone call after hearing they were upset with their experience (outside of BBB). We did make contact with the customer and offered a solution that they had accepted and we were optimistic that the situation was resolved. Following that conversation, we reached out twice to schedule the appointment (that was part of the solution we offered) and unfortunately have not heard back from the customer since. We attempted to contact the customer again on January 24 following notification of the complaint placed with BBB. We would be glad to honor the solution we offered to resolve the situation in a satisfactory way!
