    My husband did NOT do the steps coming out of the house. Those steps were done by *************** of Link Outdoor Living. That was part of the purchase agreement. Its in the quote.

    Tyler L*** and is located at **** ***** ******* ********** ** *****.
    We hired him in January to install a privacy fence in the back yard and chain link in the front yard. He assured us he could complete this in a timely manner. It took him over a month to "complete" the job he did not show up when he said he would be there we had to contact him constantly to get him to show up. It has only been up for a month and the back and side of the privacy fence is falling in the locks on both gates do not work. we paid him over $11,000 for this mess!! We contacted him on March 23/24th and sent him pictures in an attempt to work with him to correct this issue. He stated he would be at our home the following week to correct the issue. Well, here we are April 12th and have yet to hear from him. I found his company on ****** **** and have also been trying to work with them.

    The business has not contacted me at all.  I paid half down for the job that was done poorly, and my property was destroyed as well.  I cannot even use my patio.  My steps have sunk, they damaged my siding and yard in the process.  I've had a quote to fix this at $10,000.  

    The only way I will settle this is if they come back and fix what they damaged and finish the job.

    Business stated that the issue was with stone steps having a color variation and the manufacturer stopped making them.  Since he couldn't get new steps, he resolved the issue by providing the customer with a credit to the bill.
