      We ordered two cabinets with three pull out shelving November 2021, and understood they would be back ordered, no problem, totally understandable. Cabinets came in April 2022, I was told the pullouts had gotten delivered to the wrong customer and he was bringing them back that weekend, and to let him know when we would want them installed. 4/25 texted the owner, said any day that week would be fine, he said ok. 4/26 - asked him when we could schedule, no response. 4/27 - asked for a date he could install the pull out shelving, no response. 5/5 - asked again, no response. 5/9 - asked for a refund. was told NOT getting one, as soon as they are come in, he would install. Never heard from him again; Took him to small claims court 7/13, was awarded judgement and now he is refusing to pay. I've asked for my money and he said he mailed it to the court, I checked with the court, the court said they have never received any money from him, and they cannot accept it, and he has to pay me directly. I'm out over $300.00. I highly recommend NOT doing business with the owner of JC Hardware and Cabinets. Not responsive, won't communicate, lies and keeps your money.
