      I ordered patches on January 18 2023 for my sons letter jacket, 9-14 busines days production time, called to see if they had shipped, because it still says processing Feb 13th 18 days out from order date talked to someone they said they were having in factory production issues but it sounded like they couldn't find my order, was told at that time my order would ship Feb 24th, called the 22nd just to make sure they were still being shipped was told yes, Called today the 27th just to make sure and they have been shipped blocked, my # can't get through to anyone, my order status says processing, they were fast to take my money $100 I would like the patches but if they can't get them done I would like a refund, and I'll order else were.

      This message is a response to Better Business Complaint ******** filed by ***** ******. We have communicated with Ms. ******, and we would like to extend our apologies once more for her recent experience with us.

      Jostens Neff Client Services Manager reached out to Ms. ****** on Thursday, March 9, to confirm receipt of her order for the letter jacket patches as well as to address any outstanding questions or concerns with respect to her order. At the time of the filing, her order had not been delivered. Ms. ****** did acknowledge the order had been received prior to the call. She expressed her dissatisfaction with shipping date changes, and she indicated she was not provided with a firm delivery date. During the course of the conversation, Ms. ****** noted that, once received, she was satisfied with her order and did not request a refund. She added that she will continue to use Jostens' products and services.

      We sincerely appreciate Ms. ******'s communications with us and for allowing us the opportunity to follow up with her. We respectfully request that this case be closed as satisfactorily resolved as product delivery was confirmed, she is satisfied with the product, and she plans to continue to do business with Jostens.
