My refrigerator was delivered that I purchased from Lowe's by Nunez Transportation on September 21, 2023 Two gentlemen delivered it, claimed they did not speak English. They did not bring the new tubing that was to be utilized to connect my icemaker to the main waterline in my home. That was purchased. They proceeded to connect the old waterline crossthreaded the coupling and never primed the line to secure that there was no water leak. The refrigerator was pushed back and several weeks later was discovered to have a slow leak.I paid out
Of pocket to have a plumber correct the problem to prevent any further water damage.
I have been advised to ask Nunez Transportation for documentation that shows the refrigerators delivered was not damaged. I have been advised to ask for the pictures that are standard practice with all delivery companies to protect themselves against frivolous lawsuits and claims to support that the refrigerator was not damaged at the time of delivery, and that when it was primed and connected to the main water line that it was dry. And I've asked for a copy of the receipt that I signed confirming I was happy with the delivery and set up.. I have had no response
When I address the issue with Lowes they claim this was not a Lowes problem. It was a third-party vendor problem and directed me to a claims department with a claim specialist named Porsche Hill. My claim number is ****** Porsche Hill at professional delivery providers address, *** **** ***** *** ***** *** ********* **** ** ***** has directed me to contact withe transportation people directly via emailat this time I've gotten no response and I need help.

    Business Response

    Date: 02/13/2024

Hello, good afternoon, you have proof that my team was installing the hose because they explained to the client that they could not install the hose because the old one comes from the basement and the new one is not so long, but since the client said that they do not speak English, maybe she did not understand when they explained the reason.

I am rejecting this response because:

This did not happen they did not bring any new tubing with them. Per my receipt. The new tubing that was purchased is over 6 feet long. The main waterline to my home is directly beneath the kitchen.  That is my point and they did not explain anything. All they said was no English, and they hooked up the old tubing to the new refrigerator never primed the old water line to verifythat it was not leaking. As I requested earlier, I want pictures that should have been taken to prove that the refrigerator was not damaged at the time of delivery. I want pictures that showed they confirm that the tubing was not leaking when they hooked the old tubing to the new refrigerator. And I want a copy of the receipt that I signed for this refrigerator.
