    They serviced my aerator for years and then got very inconsistent, difficult to reach and then nonresponsive. Other companies will not service aerators they did not provide (so far) so I guess when it dies from lack of maintenance I will have to buy one from someone else.Super disappointed at the lack of communication and abandonment of clients who depended upon them

    Similar to another review. Signed a contract in Sept 2023 for two service visits. First was to be in March and no show, no one answering calls. I drove to the address listed for the business, they are gone. They use to be reputable. If they failed with their money or other, to do the right thing would contact the customers. Or has there been criminal activity. I am now out $200 plus and have to spend more to get with another company.

    Everclean will take your money and then ignore you completely. They will get you to sign a service contract and then will not provide the service you paid them for. My UV bulb is out on my septic system and they will not replace it. It is critical to have the bulb in order for the system to work. They ignore my calls, email and texts. They have been reported to the health department in 2 counties. DO NOT use them for your service contractor!!!! Beware!!!!
