    Terrible company. I bought a washer and dryer set. The washer came molded/rusted and the dryer doesn’t blow hot air. They gave me 30 day warranty and said they’ll replace or repair anything. i’ve been calling, no answer what’s so ever. I messaged **** back that i was in contact with on facebook market place and got no response.. So unprofessional
    **** finally responds and tells me there’s nothing she can do about it. I paid $720 for something that doesn’t work, she stated why did i accept it upon delivery, i went based off her words when she said it was in a good condition. I don’t know if she expected me run a cycle or something outside before it was taken downstairs to the basement & hooked up. Her delivery man hooked it up, made sure it had power, left the warranty sticky note on top of it and left. I didn’t notice all of this until 2 hours later after i got moved in. I started calling right away and messaging, no responses until i left a review. I asked **** to get it picked up and refund me. Still no response. At this point i will be taking legal action and have my lawyers contact them. This business is super unprofessional and gives out fake 30 day warranty and it’s only been 14 days.
