    Entered by BBB staff LO Consumer rented a vehicle from the company on 5/2/25. The vehicle broke down while she had it and when she let the business know they told her they would come pick it up. No one ever showed up so Lyndhurst police had to tow it. The consumer contacted the business again and they offered her a refund on 5/5/25 but she has not received the refund. Every time she calls they are giving her the run around. She was told someone would call her back but no one has.

    Hello, Im attaching texts from Tiff of 7th Gear Exotics. I was supposed to have my refund back as of May 3rd. It is now May 17th and still dont have one. I also, have another message from this past Thursday May 15th of a refund return and once again they stopped answering their phones or returning my calls.

    Those additional photos I sent is of someone else in my city that they paid back because they got pressure from her family popping up. Her event was way after mine weeks after and she got paid and they have yet to return my calls at all or send my funds. And this company just dont answer their phone at all.

    May 1st and May 8th 2024 I paid $537.50 to total $1,075.00. I wanted to rent a Lamborghini. I had cancelled the order prior to the rental date and gave ample notice. I was told by a *** that I would receive a refund and then was later told that they do not issue refunds even though no goods and services were rendered.
