    On 8/30 I accidentally placed an online to go order at the Hamilton location instead of the Grove City one. I immediately called and asked to cancel the transaction as I wasn’t going to drive 25/30 mins away when their other one was right by me. The person I spoke with said they would call the grove city location and make the food there. They then called back 20 mins later stating we had to cancel online, which isn’t an option I only had a receipt. They then called back stating I had to call Clover which I did but was advised Mr Hibachi are the ones needed to call and issue the refund. I then called Mr Hibachi back and advised of what clover said, from there the person said I’ll call grove and have them make the food. All of this transpired over an hour. I said I didn’t want the food now as they had told me twice they would have Grove City’s location make the food and my husband once. At this point I just wanted my money back. They said no I’ll give you food to which I adamantly said no and how unhappy I was with this experience. The person on the phone then said they would refund the money but we have yet to see it. I understand at the beginning this was my fault but the customer service was horrible and in the end even though it’s a low amount of money they did steal from us for something we didn’t receive.
