    This company was delivering crate and barrel furniture to my next door neighbor. While doing so they made a complete mess on our property and backed into our mailbox and post (neighbors electrician saw them-they did not stop-watched it on our camera) destroying our property. My neighbor reached out to crate and barrel who sent them to this company. Finally she got a response from “******”- she forwarded the email to me and ive been trying to get this handled for weeks. I have all the emails. Bottom line they destroyed my property and now are trying to negotiate the cost of the repair by our handyman. I gave them the opportunity to come fix it themselves or send another repair man. I don’t want the money- we want the damage replaced… unfortunately i cannot get a response so we are asking you to step in and help. We are the victims of something we had nothing to do with. Now ive wasted countless hours trying to get it handled. They have completely stopped responding- its been 72 hours now… please help- thanks

    I spoke with ****** this morning (7/24) and confirmed that our local manager in OH (******) spoke with him over the weekend and resolved the situation with the mail box. We offered to send the client a check for $700 which was $150 more than the estimate for the mailbox and he accepted the offer. When I spoke to ****** today I offered to send the money over electronically so he could receive it faster and he was much appreciated so we Venmo'ed him the $700. ****** did concur that there we solved his situation by sending the money and he accepted our apology for how long it took to resolve the situation.
