    This used to be a great company, but since it was merged with ********, the quality and service have declined greatly. I had 3 no-call no-shows for paid-for service and multiple calls to the office to speak to someone in charge to sort this out and make the issue right, with multiple tickets open about the issue and multiple managers being escalated to alert to the issue, and never receiving a single call back. Don't waste your time and money with this service or anything from Rentokl

    Technician that came out was extremely rude to my aunt she is packing to move to a senior living place as she is disabled and in her 70s. Guy yelled at her about no wonder she has roaches with all this clutter she tried to explain she is packing to move and the current apartment owner set this up not her. He wouldn't listen just walked around insulting her as I sat in another room packing her things listening. I confronted him about the things he said to her and he tried to say in lying and making it up.
