    Here is the details of the nature of my complaint about the landlords/owners failed to repair services and product. I signed a lease agreement with Meadow Ridge Apt Cincinnati Associates on 5/12/2021 and told the leasing department (Randy) that I this unit was damaged and my dishwasher was backing up and holding yellow water and sewer smell was being released in my unit at **** ***** **** ***** *** **** **** ******** ** ***** (********). And that the kitchen sink is backing up and there is a hole in the floor between the dishwasher and the kitchen cabinets. Under the kitchen cabinets is has a cracked and there was water damaged done to this unit. As time went on, I continue to submitted multiple work orders, and Meadow Ridge sent unskilled and unprofessional maintenance people that could not repair my unit. So the amount of money spent and wasted each month is $16,272.00 estimated from 5/12/2021 to present. The business Meadow Ridge Cincinnati Associates and *** Management Services promise to repair this unit but never did. Now the real nature of the complaint is water damage and contamination backing up in the kitchen and bathrooms. Meadow Ridge and others never tried to resolve nothing. Meadow Ridge & *** Management continue to raise the apartment rent and continue to evict people. This is a trashy place to pay and live and these slumlords and owners don't give a damn about me or these tenants. There has been ongoing bullies and murder and vandalism here at Meadow Ridge. The West Chester police is constantly being called and they patrol constantly here. There is no peace and no safe place to live. This is a breach of contract and I want my money back to relocate to another decent place to live with healthier environment and peace and quiet dwells at. If possible.
