    I was in a rear in crash, I was sent to Legacy Auto for repairs. I never recieved any paperwork detailing the repairs needed, But he insisted i bring $4000 in cash and if the repaires were less i would be refunded.

    When the car was finished i had to bring a battery because mine was stolen from his lot. When i picked up my car the AC panel was completely shut down, nothing worked. Legacy auto couldnt fix it so they just egnored me. I paid to have the AC fixed a week after i picked it up from being repaired. Also the rear backup camera was part of the rear end repairs. Legacy auto blocked me from calling asking questions, egnoring me completely. Ive sent photos of my rear camera, told them it was installed upside down, i havent been able to use it since they didnt and wont fix it. Ive asked over and over for a refund so i could pay someone else to fix the rear cam. Still i have no paperwork showing how much he charged for this work that was never done. Legacy Auto needs to be heald accountable for poor business and bad customer service. I just want what i paid $4000 for. Im a 62 year old single female new to Ohio. I feel Legacy Auto took advantage of me, because of this. Ive never experienced anything like this in my life and im not sure what to do. Im just trying to build a new life in Ohio after caring for my mother who passed in 2021.
