    This business needs investigated and shut down. They never answer the phone and I do all my own paperwork. My payee does nothing. Social security is aware of the issue and I believe their will be an investigation soon. It's just incredibly unprofessional to leave your clients without payment or never answering their calls. I always have to physically show up for this business to even give me the time of day. If you are too busy to be a payee and you just wanna bank on the money we pay you out of our checks to do your job then yes I agree with SS that you need investigated. Linda has a sweet personality but she's not a very good payee and it is what it is. It needs to be addressed.

    My name is ***** ****** ******* I have been a client of Miss Linda E**** since June 2008 When I was approved for SSI. I have also been a client of hers since before she started her own pay'ee business. To my knowledge, I have never had an issue with this lady. I have had maybe a few misunderstandings that was my bad an have come to find out that I need to pay attention better sometimes to what is said and agreed upon an the date sometimes. She has went up to bat for me on multiple different occasions on top of always keeping her clients issues at heart. I have never been disappointed nor let down when it comes to any of miss Linda's practic's and work ethics nor have I had any problem wit how she conducts her business when it comes to being my payee in the first place. She is a truly Brilliant lady. I am Truly honored to have her as my pay'ee.

    My brother ***** ***** broughr to my attention that he had received an EVICTION NOTICE because the last 2 months of his rent had not been paid. He has been contacting Ms. Linda's office and noone has returned his call or answered the phone. I contacted the Neilan Park Apartments Housing Authority and was told NOONE from this office had paid nor been seen to provide their office with reasoning as to why his rent had not been paid??? Then on top of this issue, my brother hands me cable billing statements where it had not been paid and SHUT OFF TWICE with late fees assessed :( Yet I was told by the Social Security Repr that a hold would be issued for April's payment and to provide them with bank info for future benefits to be deposited into his own banking account so my brother doesn't ever have to worry about an issued of unpaid bills happening again. I contacted housing to set up direct deposit of his rent and cable services for automated payment from his banking account. We even went out to this office and told by Ms. Linda that she has been calling and calling ***** and thought he had moved? I explained ***** has resided at this address for over 20+ YEARS and since his residence was in 5 minutes from this place why wouldn't someone go knock on his door and/or go inside the rental office??? Yet you hold onto benefits for TWO WHOLE MONTHS and hadn't even contacted Social Security office either is beyond disbelief???? So here it is April rolls around and guess what? Social Security did not issue the hold and and we head to Linda's office just to be told BY LINDA she has already paid *****'s rent for April and couldn't provide proof of how his money has been allocated until the following day. Further, Ms. Linda indicated for me to come back the following day which I did 3x and Lord & Behold the DOORS WERE LOCKED!...& ALL we've gotten all day is a voicemail but her Jeep was in the parking lot and we could hear someone inside, even knocked on the door to no avail.
