    If I could give zero stars I would! Kevin R** (Roy’s Home Improvement) does below par work, no calls, no shows and tells some tall tales; niece in Columbus in bad car accident, niece then dies, mad at “God” and smashed his phone and didn’t receive my text messages, had a seizure due to the “tremendous” stress he’s under per his “wife” and taken by squad to hospital, No mention of funeral or post about niece death or anything. Removed ceiling, put up two pieces out of 10 then moved to door removal and hung doors but no knobs placed and door were not sat properly then painted around trash and didn’t even paint one wall fully. Ignored my text about how frigid my home was because he removed the insulation and wanted to continue putting ceiling up without insulation???? Was told verbally a 5 day project but asked in text for it to be done by Thanksgiving but it was not and I asked him to not return. He did state this project would be done “way” before Thanksgiving and then wants sympathy and understanding when he doesn’t show up for the job and sends texts that could be seen as menacing. As of this day he states he’s going to place a “lien” on everything I own if I don’t pay him the remaining balance of quote he provided. I paid a good faith of $400 and now I’m out an additional $80 for trash removal, will have to pay to have a table repaired he used as a work bench and paid $600 to have what he did touch undone and repaired, I am out $1,080 as of today because I trusted someone who’s not trustable. I also found out he didn’t tell me about a large gap in the room he was working and that is where a bird was able to access the inside of my home and a squirrel built a nest that was found TODAY!
