    Caution - We recently had a complete kitchen remodel done through ******. It included all new cabinets, vent hood, a farmer's sink, countertops, backsplash, plumbing, lighting, flooring and five new appliances. We love the finished results. The Kitchen Designer at the Hamilton ******, Michelle M*****, did a great job on the design and we enjoyed the process, appreciated her help, ideas and patience in the design process. ****** uses Beta Construction exclusively in the Cincinnati area for their installations. Fred M***** is the owner of Beta Construction. The craftsmanship of the two gentlemen, Justin and Andy, who did all the work (except the flooring) was far beyond our expectations. They took no short cuts, they recommended and consulted us on minor changes, were polite and professional at all times and cleaned up the work site at the end of each day. They are true masters of their profession. Beta Construction did a fabulous job on our remodel. The only downside was with the owner's communications. He does all the scheduling of the work. Mr. M***** is very undisciplined in acknowledging, answering and returning phone calls and texts. This is very concerning and annoying when you have committed to a financially extensive remodel. So my advice to anyone considering a remodel with ****** in the Cincinnati area is be prepared to pester, Mr. M*****, the owner of Beta Construction to maintain the schedule of work and to respond to your communications. Finally, I must reiterate the quality and craftsmanship of the two gentlemen who actually did the construction and remodeling.
