    Bray did a roof for us back in November of 2019. To Start with, the roof they put on was the wrong color, but we figured it was close enough, and as long as it kept the house dry, it was ok. Within days of the new roof, the leaks we previously had, got worse. We had someone come out and look, and he said based on the flashing, he couldn't believe we had paid for the roof. We called Bray and asked them to come fix it. They send someone out that I don't believe had ever seen flashing before, he put some caulk on my chimney and called it a day. It still leaked, so we called again and again, and they wouldn't answer or would answer and tell us they were too busy to deal with us. We have tried everything to stop the leaks and they continue to multiply. I messaged Bray on Facebook and told him if my roof is not fixed, I will be contacting a lawyer. He become immediately combative when he realized who he was speaking to, and immediately cut off communication again. 4+ years later and we still have a roof that leaks profusely, and are going to have no choice but to rip it off and replace it. Meanwhile, Bray is still doing subpar work across the tristate with no ramifications.
