    Andrew Arthur custom homes completed building our home April/2020. At that time they were under a franchise called Arthur Ruttenberg homes ( rebranded as ARHomes) , Andrew Arthur custom homes continued to keep the same company name after they left the franchise. During the signing of the building contract Andrew Arthur custom homes provided us with a credo in writing ( which I still have now ) that if we have a problem which we believe is the result of a defect and original workmanship, they will look at problem. This year we started seeing Several cracks in various places on exterior stonework ! Turns out there are several gaps between the stone mortar and base of our house that allowed water to get in and cause the cracks. I contacted the builder about the issue and provided them a copy of the credo that they had given us. The builder refused to honor the credo. He would not come out and simply just look at the issue, He stated that he is “not with AR Homes anymore” . But Andrew Arthur homes marketed themselves with the credo of 10 years. The company name, Andrew Arthur, LLC is on all paperwork that I have. The promise of looking at workmanship for 10 years is why we sign with this builder, and they refuse to honor. This feels like a bait and switch.
