    I haven't been to McDonald's in a few years and I was reminded why recently when I decided to take a chance and order on the app. There was a bonus offered and I chose the free iced coffee but was unable to get the caramel iced coffee which was irritating so I lost out. I ordered other items. The app said my order was successful. About 15 minutes later I arrived at the location. I checked in at spot 4 and was told there was a problem with my order and I needed to go to the drive thru. I was pissed. I had to wait twice. The girl at the speaker told me I needed to come in to order again. WTH? I refused and had to place my order again at the drive thru. The girl was nasty and also added an extra item to my order. The young man who's always at the first window and who's always nice and fixed it. I was charged twice. I filed cases and they both get closed with no explanation or resolution. Even angrier now. Filed AGAIN this afternoon then you wanted more information that was already supplied at 4:3.9pm. I gave it AGAIN at 8:10pm and immediately received a response at also 8:10 pm saying my case was closed. You need to refund my $19.71. I only received one order. Your app has always been junk about 95% of the time. I really regret coming back.
