    Joe was hired to build a cabinet. He chose to use old, and poor quality recycled materials that were warped and in horrid condition. He left exposed screw tips in places where they could easily cause injury. Several pieces of wood were cracked and broken. I had to tear out what he did because it was that bad.
    His communication is horrid. He ghosted us after confronting him about the issue. He did not return the house key we had given him, and has not made any effort to return it. This has forced us to need to pay to get our house rekeyed for security’s sake.
    Stay away. Don’t be lured in by the pricing.

    Joe was hired to cut down a tree. Which he did not listen to his team about limbing the tree out and chose to drop it in larger sections which in turn one section landed on my roof and took out my electrical, gutters, facia, mortar, and a portion of my roof. We allowed him to make it right however, everything was done incorrectly and he didnt replace the scorched electrical meter after he was told by the city to replace it. After much deliberation i chose to go through insurance. After stating this to joe i requested 3 different times for a copy of his insurance and at that time he chose to show up un announced to complete what ever he had left and refused to provide a copy of his insurance after that i contacted my insurance to get this properly handled

    The communication between the workers and I was very sufficient, and just as you stated, "accidents happen." I will not deny that damage was done to your property but I will say that I had everything fixed and put back together in the same day. I also bought you a hotel for a week due to not knowing how long it would take in order to resolve the matter, luckily I did not have to send you and your wife and two children to a hotel because I had your power back on that very evening. When the city worker came back to reconnect your power he never stated anything, prior to leaving that evening, about the box not being ok.
