  I have no issues with the staff or the facilities, my issue is the terrible billing system and back office efficiency. Her mother and I are legal guardians of my daughter ******, she is special needs and has care 24/7. I received a text from a collection agency about an unpaid bill, looked it up its from June/July time for about $300.00. ****** is covered 100% on medical, she has ******** as her primary and ************* as secondary.Every visit they ask or verify insurance is on file. I personally have taken her ********, Medicaid cards and copies of the court ordered guardianship paperwork. Guardianship is public record but they have no interest in verifying that online. I called the collection agency to fine out whats this is but they wont talk to me since they have no proof of guardianship. I said I understand and ask them to stop contacting me about this bill since they refuse to talk to me about it. Now ****** received a call from Kettering to schedule a test, as normal she ask them to call me to schedule. They did call as asked, I called back only to fine out that they wont talk to me either since I cant prove guardianship. Doesnt matter that the patient asked them to contact me to schedule it, they wont talk to schedule her appointment. Not sure what guardianship has to do with scheduling an appointment, a doctor ordered it, we want to schedule it but cant because why? They would not tell me the doctor that ordered it, I called the most likely doctor but they didnt order it, so ****** doesnt know anything about it, neither me nor mom know about and none of her daily caregivers know about it. I just want to move it to ***** where they keep copies of all the things I mentioned above, no guardianship or billing issues. Sadly were stuck, she supposedly needs a test but I cant schedule it where doctor sent the order, and were stuck and change the *********** we will wait until the doctor calls about the test.
