    August 12 2022 paid 9000.00 and 9900.00 on finish. Left my sofits damaged costing me another 2000.00 to fix charged me for edge vents that were not installed and will not honor lifetime warranty as he or they will not return my calls,messages and emails.

    The company did a siding job for me in Nov 2022. In Dec 2022 one of the siding pieces fell off. They were notified and came and fixed it. In late Jan 23 two more pieces fell off. Again they were notified, but never came to fix it. Another piece has since fallen off. They have been requested to come take of the fallen pieces at least 6 times, which resulted in promises to be out, but no one ever showed up. They have an expressly stated 5 year workmanship warranty. After 3 months of trying to get them to come out and fix the problem, I have determined that they are NOT standing behind their warranty. There are also several issues from the original work that need to be addressed that they have been told exist, but again they have not shown up when they said they would, and did not provide any notification that they would not be here as promised.

    They installed vinyl siding on my home. The job itself took longer than quoted. I was told by Shawn the owner his crew would install the siding at a quality level second to none. During the installation I pointed out multiple times issues that I saw as the work was being done. Some issues were addressed at the time but Shawn said not to worry for the other issues would be addressed using punch list. List was generated but most items have not been taken care of. Pieces of siding have fallen off, uneven, wavey, bulges in the siding. I reached out to Shawn but he’s not responding to my calls or text messages. He himself promised me that if the siding was done properly they would remove and start over. I’m not asking for a total replacement but just do what you promised us you were capable of and what you’re company stands for. It should have been a red flag to us on the first day the crew leader said “I’m not sure why we’re here doing siding when my crew and I are Roofers. We want them to do what we paid for “A quality job that increases our home’s value not detract from value because of a second rate quality siding job.
