  They ARE VERY RACIST, and rude and pitiful.They try to scam people out they money and I would never use their services in fact Im signing a petition to get them shut down.

  Extremely rude and unprofessional..After illegally attempting to tow my car from the apartments where I live the driver called me a retard…My car was on a jack because I went to put air in my spare tire, when I returned he had my car hooked to his truck and refused to put it down unless I paid him $68. Swore the office to my apartment called (office informed me they did not) these people are crooked and extremely rude. I have reached out to the ****** ****** Sheriff’s office regarding the matter and intend to take them to court.

  I wouldn’t even give them 1 star… they don’t open until 10am on this Saturday and they were out towing cars from my apartment building as early as 7am… they are horrible with communication

  Owner was given a 48 hour notice vehicle would be removed if violation was not corrected. Violation was not corrected and vehicle was on the property therefore it was impounded. We tow 24/7, but by Ohio State regulations we are allowed to have business hours for redemptions. Our law states we only have to be open 3 hours Monday thru Friday, but we have the extended hours of 9-5 Monday thru Thursday, Friday 9-4 and Saturday 10-4.

  A different planned vehicle transport fell through and we had to get couple cars off our lot. Magnolia was there to take not one but 2 vehicles over an hour away from us. Horrible situation that Mike was able to take care of quickly for us. Thank you.

  Mike K**** and magnolia towing are one in the same ran by the same people whom took over MR MIKE K***** PLACE after his passing! His daughter is supposed to be the new owner but giving her father a terrible look! They are all very disrespectful they are all thieves my car was towed from a place in pricehill identified as being on the lot at my Kaiser on Glenway I spoke to these people for three weeks to get my vehicle because after I went there with the cash to get it all the sudden they couldn’t find my car but I was told by Brad the rude ******* who must be his daughters husband or something that he had to file for a lost title on my car because it was a Kentucky tag question oh!! Why would you be filing for a title of someone’s car unless you plan on stealing it? Finally after bringing law enforcement and my lawyer ******* ***** into the situation then miraculously my car was found at Magnolia towing in Westchester Ohio and upon calling to get information on the Details of the vehicle called them and picking it up immediately upon picking up the phone the gentleman knew who I was and why I was calling because he is the same person from Mike K***** so in all actuality what really happened was they were going to steal my car I called them when that happened they knew that they couldn’t charge me for the three weeks they played with my car because my lawyer told him we were taking them to a civil suit so they automatically put it off a magnolia towing like that it was who really towed it when I have a video of my kaisers tow truck towing my vehicle from the lot in price hill they’re a scam artist

  This company is terrible. The have someone sitting in the parking lot by ****** *** in Hamilton, watching people park and then once the person calls them, they send a tow truck. They don’t care what your circumstance is (we had three kids that need car seats) don’t care that we were 30 minutes away and ONLY TAKE CASH! They have a “F” rating by the Better Business Owners!!!!

  They towed my car from my apartment complex. They said they left a 24hour notice on Thursday (which I never received) they towed it today which is Saturday. It had been moved and in a completely different parking spot than Thursday and they said it was considered abandoned. They are money hungry and care about nobody. My vehicle is the only way I have to make money and feed my 9 children. My 9 year old son recently passed away so I cannot work a traditional job because I need to be with my children. I need to buy wet wipes and diapers and I cannot because I have to pay $155 for them towing it.

  Absolutely horrible!! They prey on families and hard working people who are not financially stable for the cost they charge The only reason for the star is because I couldn't submit my review without it.

  If I could leave 0 stars I would. This company is not at all professional and preyed on the families attending operation pumpkin in ********, ****. The parking lot has been used multiple times within the past few years by myself and others to go to events and restaurants in the area- not even knowing it was private parking since the entrance we used had no (visible) sign. Upon realizing our car was gone, we ran the plates through dispatch thinking it had been stolen. Turns out Magnolia's office was closed that day and didn't even register the plates as the car being impounded. Multiple interactions where recorded by others where you can see the individuals in tow trucks laughing at the people who's cars had been towed. For us personally, the drive was 30 minutes to get to the lot and we were told then and there that the office was closed and we had to then wait for a driver to come release our car. Another individual had his car damaged in tow and the company told him that the damage was from himself hitting curbs while driving when the undercarriage was very clearly scraped and peeled back through damage of their tow. Our car itself had the **brake on as it is manual, so we are getting the undercarriage checked this weekend.
