      Complaint Against: Sedgwick Claims Management Services Location: Sedgwick Claims *************************, ********************************** I am filing a complaint regarding Sedgwicks handling of a third-party auto claim in which my wife and I were not at fault. The at-fault party was driving a rental vehicle insured through a policy managed by Sedgwick (Claim # *** **** ***** **** *** **** **** **** ****).Sedgwick previously settled an injury portion of the claim and acknowledged responsibility for rental vehicle reimbursement. I was also advised that diminished vehicle value would be reimbursed.Despite multiple communicationsincluding a formal demand letter sent on May 15, 2025Sedgwick has representatives have been rude and condescending and have now refused to respond to me for the last few months. I followed up via email and voicemail on multiple occasions with no response. This incident occurred over a year ago. Sedgwick keeps demanding a subrogation letter from **** (which has been provided multiple times) as an excuse not to make me whole.I have never dealt with a worse company.

      Have the worst experience with trying to collect money that is owed. Never again. Make you go through more than what a consumer should experience. Had the insurance and no pay out.

      I have used this company for my Worker's Compensation for a long time and paid my premiums on time. I paid my premium for 2024 on Thursday June 22nd and the next day I received a message that the company I'm a vendor for is closing down and I don't need coverage for 2024. I called Sedgwick and was told that they don't refund premiums even though I had just paid them I feel that since I won't be in business why should they keep my money. These is a very bad practice for a company.
