  On 12//10/22 I gave a deposit in amount of $650 to Rayshan W****** (the owner of the company) to do the job for me. I received a receipt for it. We went and bought materials and he delivered them to the job site. A few days later the job was canceled by the owner of the building.
  I asked to return my deposit and he refused to do that. He said he delivered the materials, made a drawing and wasted his time. I would like to get my deposit back. He didn't do the work. Delivery doesn't cost $650.
  I attached receipt and the drawing he made. That drawing is absolutely impossible to use because its unprofessional and can't be counted as a job for payment.

  These complaints are totally false. ** la hired me to do a project. Paid me to pick up materials, i deliver the material. Drop the materials off then ** ** gets into a Altercation  Almost physical with the property owner over  money that she was paid. And didnt produce As I told ** **.
  You paid for a service that we completed. But we would not involve ourselves with any type of physical altercation

  R&J Construction 513 was hired to do the job and deliver of materials were included in that job. They deliver materials but never performed the job. $700 to deliver a material to the job site in under 10 miles radius is way to much.
  R&J Construction 513 didn't full fill the obligation to perform the work and I requested to return the money. However they refuse to do so.

  **** ****** hired us to do a job because the customer that contacted her to do the job got into a confrontation which almost resulted into ****** soul misses always could even go to the ladies property. This is always had us go pick up approximately 60 blocks and 10 bags of mortar mix, pick the blocks up **** room on the truck deliver them to the customers store installed them in her back room. This is all rich and the owner of the property began to exchanging texts back-and-forth back-and-forth. Did they put the project on hold until they could resolve the problem days go by Mr. W****, goes back over there try to play mediator to try to get the job done then this is all rich and the property owner got to the situation to where they were going to start suing each other so approximately two weeks go by of waiting on them to get it done and always tells us that Jesus is not going to do the job in longer can I go back pick the box up and return them to Home Depot? I tell her the lady does not want me back on her property or are you back on the property? There’s nothing I can do and then she asked for a refund . I didn’t tell her there was no refund because of the labor time and drawings we did for her project. She had me go complete a drawing for the inspector to see how the door was going to be framed in and block, then call the place orders for lentils picked up materials for $700 is for the drawings we had to do the time spent going back-and-forth talking to inspectors placing orders and labor for picking up and unloading blocks and bags. It’s not my fault that she got into it with the property owner and they almost got into blows but the $700 is paid for for drawings. Labor, I am placing orders for materials. I hope this always did not expext us to be doing all this work for nothing. As of right now the lady is suing la la ulrich  because she ran off with almost 30,000 of the ladies money.
