      If I could choose 0 stars that would be it. I have been going here for 6 years and since they were bought out about 1 and a half years ago service has gone down hill. You will have issues with getting ahold of anyone and very long wait times in the office and on the phone. I have gotten horrible service for the past 4 months and could not get a return phone call from the assistant manager, the only person that could help me with the situation I was in. After all was said and done and its taken care of with no help from her she wants to reach out and tell me that Im in the wrong and I will no longer be a customer because of being argumentative. I was trying to resolve a situation to get my animals care that was not so important to them. If you are looking into taking your animals here DONT DO IT!! Highly unprofessional.
