    not a finish carpenter. does not finish his work. did not fulfill his obligations.

    The finish carpentry work performed at this client's residence was done to industry standard. Trim work and flooring were done properly, vanities were installed level correctly, light was installed and working and toilets were installed and working properly. The only item the client has contacted about since the project was completed, inspected and signed off on, was a small 8"x8" drywall patch on a textured ceiling that was repaired and textured. The Client has been kept in contact with to attempt to schedule a return trip to correct a small patch of drywall texture that appears not to have taken properly. However, with a busy schedule and no employees, it is difficult. Even a small repair such as this will require 2 trips back to his residence; 1 for the texture and another on another day for painting. It is simply a problem with scheduling, there is not and has never been any refusal to repair this issue.
