    We had a fantastic experience with the window source. It’s a breath of fresh air working with a family-owned window company. From the start, they took the time to walk us through all of our options without any pressure, making sure we chose what was right for our home and budget. Their pricing was very affordable, especially considering the quality of work and service we received. When we encountered a few issues after installation, they stood by their work and resolved everything quickly and professionally. Communication was top-notch throughout the entire process—their team was always responsive, friendly, and transparent. It’s rare to find a company that truly cares, but this team does. Highly recommend!

    We've dealt with this company twice and each time we would rate them 5 out of 5. Everyone we encountered: staff, sales and installers were professional, courteous and helpful. We are very pleased with all the windows and doors we purchased. There was one issue, and it was solved without any hassle. This company truly demonstrates customer service.

    From first to contact to last, the employees were professional, courteous and helpful in guiding us to get the right product for our projects. Installation was efficient and as promised. Minor issues are being addressed with the same attention and goal of customer service.
    We would definitely recommend, and we would use The Window Source again in the future.

    Ordered two ProVia doors installed and they are fantastic. Installation crew did a good job and they came back out to address a concern I had about the door after the fact. You can't beat the lifetime warranty either.

    I had the Window Source come out to a project house and measure, order, and install 14 windows. They did a great job and left the jobsite clean and professional!
