  BEWARE!! It is impossible to say enough negative comments about this company. The main issue is the company charged us for four squares of siding. When the job was finished, the employees loaded one full square plus a second almost full square onto their trailer. They were told we paid for the siding and they were to leave all left over siding . They unloaded it and put it in our garage. Later they returned and stole it from our property! I immediately stopped payment on the check I had written for the material and labor, which was over 7000.00. I called Window Source and the woman who answers their phone told me they take all of the siding back to return to Alside for a credit! They return merchandise their customer pays for to receive a credit which Window Source keeps! They DO NOT credit this back to the customer!!! The cost of the square of siding charged by Window Source was 954.00. I have been in communication with Eric A******* the registered agent of ******** ************ *** which is the owner of Window Source of Akron-Canton. He is trying to claim I stole the siding out of their trailer! This guy is unbelievable! Plus the siding is not straight in three areas. There are other issues as well, but this is already a long read. Sorry for that but people need to be aware of their unethical practices. Thanks for reading.

  We provided this customer with documents to prove we ordered more siding than she paid for, we ordered extra incase she wanted new siding in additional areas of the house and it's better to have extra than not enough. She didn't believe us so she impersonated a Window Source employee and called our distributor only to find out that I was telling the truth. I also provided text message history proving I paid our installers for the amount of siding she purchased (4 sq). Because we always order more than we need our contract says "all leftover materials belong to the company," despite this we gave her several pieces worth about $100 but she wanted us to leave everything, even though we ordered a lot more than was on the contract. Typically, our customers don't want pallets and large boxes of materials left in their yard or garage so we return unused materials (this is an industry standard). Our Amish siding crew did not sneak into her garage to steal siding, they called me from the house and asked what to do because the customer was demanding all leftover materials, I told them that they can leave some but since we ordered so much extra she can't have all of it. The customer signed off on the project stating in writing that she was "Highly Satisfied" and complimented the guys work. Only after this dispute over leftover materials is she claiming some siding is crooked. If that is accurate we're happy to address those concerns. Thank you,

  We had a fantastic experience with the window source. It’s a breath of fresh air working with a family-owned window company. From the start, they took the time to walk us through all of our options without any pressure, making sure we chose what was right for our home and budget. Their pricing was very affordable, especially considering the quality of work and service we received. When we encountered a few issues after installation, they stood by their work and resolved everything quickly and professionally. Communication was top-notch throughout the entire process—their team was always responsive, friendly, and transparent. It’s rare to find a company that truly cares, but this team does. Highly recommend!

  We've dealt with this company twice and each time we would rate them 5 out of 5. Everyone we encountered: staff, sales and installers were professional, courteous and helpful. We are very pleased with all the windows and doors we purchased. There was one issue, and it was solved without any hassle. This company truly demonstrates customer service.

  From first to contact to last, the employees were professional, courteous and helpful in guiding us to get the right product for our projects. Installation was efficient and as promised. Minor issues are being addressed with the same attention and goal of customer service. We would definitely recommend, and we would use The Window Source again in the future. *** ** *********

  Ordered two ProVia doors installed and they are fantastic. Installation crew did a good job and they came back out to address a concern I had about the door after the fact. You can't beat the lifetime warranty either.

  The installation, knowledge and experience of this company is above reproach. I would highly recommend Window Source to any customer
