I originally made an agreement for an engine rebuild on my 2006 Porsche Cayenne Turbo S, I was told it would be 4 to 5 weeks for completion. The engine rebuild fell behind on schedule and there were delays in EVERY step of the project. Upon completion the transmission suddenly wasn't working (wouldn't go into any gear). Without my agreement the owner **** said he would disassemble the transmission and find the issue as there was no issues prior to him touching it the car drove and shifted perfectly and engaged all gears perfectly. Upon removal of the transmission he "discovered" the hydraulic pump sensor was broken which is and was only possible from something binding or hitting it after the transmission and engine were separated. He then put a used oil pump in the car and reinstalled the transmission. I expressed several times I needed the vehicle back. After reinstallation it was then diagnosed that the pump was now working but now not going into gear and now believed it was a torque converter. I being a mechanic myself expressed that it was not the issue and not a proper diagnosis, he removed the transmission again and installed a used torque converter with unknown milage. The purpose and reason I bought this vehicle is it was my favorite body style they made and it only had 88k miles which I'd been searching for a very long time for. After the torque converter didn't work then codes were said to be pulled and he asked me to purchase a neutral safety switch which again did not fix the problem. He then stated another code became present all of a sudden for something in the valve body... ordered and installed a used valve body again with unknown milage on any of these parts.... that didn't work... he then said the cable suddenly became too long and would not engage into drive because of that and at this stage after I'd told him repeatedly I didn't not have the money nor was I spending money on the transmission parts and the misdiagnosis. I need more room to finish.

    Please be advised,

Mr ******* entered into a service agreement for engine work 5.22.24 no other services included unless noted under change orders

Please see the attached summary report that was issued to *** ********

Mr ******* stated "That I am out of money" cannot afford any additional cost.

Please refer to Change order #4R for settled amount and notes " Please note: due to existing conditions of the transmission, the shift cable may or may not be the final step of transmission repair."

I have nearly 1000 photos and multiple videos of the engine work/ process and engine testing along with ********* This information was shared via Drop Box to *** ********

The vehicle was tested and documented.

Unfortunately in the case of any used car, what may work today may not work tomorrow.

**** ******* of Axell Racing did not fulfill his contract and forced me to make payment to get my vehicle back, not only was I told my vehicle was in good standing and ENGINE & TRANSMISSION were working perfectly fine with videos and pictures of such in his defense as evidence as lies, the vehicle was returned with issues beyond original fault, suspension, transmission, brakes, power steering, all issues Mr. ******* had created and caused and left. I have a signed document from HIS third party tow driver whom told me and sign a sworn statement as to what the vehicle was attested to in the condition AS IT WAS PICKED UP. "ENGINE KNOCKING, NO POWER STEERING, NO POWER BRAKES, TRANSMISSION AS QUOTE FROM **** ******* TO THE DRIVER " IS NO GOOD ", SUSPENSION FAULTS AND CAR IS NOW IMMOBILE!!! This man has 3 identical cars, not including his own in his personal driveway and the engine work which I only proclaimed and allowed that he was supposed to perform was not performed and not only that it came back with a failed transmission and the other above stated issues. Attached you will see the sign and sworn statement from whom Mr. ******* hired to transport my vehicle, with the vehicle backed onto the trailer because it would not make it onto the trailer in drive as the transmission slipped so badly. **** ******* not only told me the vehicle was in good standing order with "good transmission, great engine, great turbo pickup" but quotes to follow his requests and prompts to his written agreements which have still not been sustainable as even following his revision of 4R his final statement "due to existing conditions of the transmission, the shift cable may or may not be the final step for transmission repair" "test drive and follow up with any recommendations". Mr ******* was late on the delivery and had the third party delivery this vehicle in considerable scrap condition with the engine knocking, transmission blown, lines cut to the suspension and steering and brakes i have been completely scammed and am seeking legal counsel I lost 17,997$ for repairs i don't ever believe happened to this vehicle with the 3 exact color cars in his driveway. Attached are photos of HIS drivers sworn statement, phone number and license. I drove this vehicle onto **** Coffmans trailer as I paid him to pickup and transport the vehicle for an engine rebuild and received the vehicle back undrivable and cut lines and destroyed i belived he took parts off of my vehicle to fix others or to use for his own personal vehicle as it's the same vehicle but with double the milage, I gave him this vehicle in perfect driving order and I received it back after paying him and being continually forced to feel obligated for faults repeatedly that weren't true... the transmission was in PERFECT standing order and fine and his misdiagnosis which led to him requesting and demanding more money, first which HE believed to be the transmission hydraulic pump, then once supposedly replaced, the torque converter was diagnosed to be bad, then once that was replaced it was diagnosed to be a failed starter which had 0 miles on and was replaced and worked perfectly upon pickup, then he diagnosed it to be a bad neutral safety switch which still again had no effect or results, then diagnosed a faulty valve body as he found a "pin" in the pan which was replaced and STILL was not working. He never followed up with me on any existing condition of the vehicle besides me understanding it was in good perfect working order in which I will also show text conversations and upon pickup of his third party driver blocked me and never called back or texted again after many attempts, please help me seek justice I lost 17,997$ on this and I've been completely scammed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I also have videos of the vehicle being recieved with the driver if I can be directly contacted, thank you.
