    Ordered online 11/3/22. Email received confirming order 6:45pm. That email stated 18 mins for contactless delivery to my home. This is the 2nd time I have ordered from them both times late & orders had about $5 delivery charge & tip for both. For this order the tip was 20% & order for 2 items cost $27.59. At 7:22 pm I called the store to check status as the online tracker said they were on their way but shows still at store & I am about 2 blocks from store. I called & a angry man answered. I had no intentions of canceling the order but due to his rude nasty attitude I cancelled it. Did not get name assumed it was manager but could be wrong. The delivery driver came 5 mins or so after that banging on my door. Told him order is late & I called the store & canceled. I could hear him outside my house yelling. Not sure what he said. Filled out feedback form for Papa John's. Advised situation. Was told would receive response from them. Didn't hear back except another feedback form asking how my service was from them looking into it. I called their customer service line 11/7 & was told that the manager said I lied. That I called in at 7pm. Regardless I never received the food & they still charged me for order. I have phone records & email supporting what happened. Order was late by 20 mins or so. I want my money back and they are not responding. They said when I called in there would a 24-48 hrs wait time for a response. I have heard from no one.
