    I ordered a ficm from them. it was sent to me we put it on the truck and it was messed up also. I explained to her we removed it from the box installed it onto the truck, and the truck would not start. removed from truck and put back in box and sent back. they stated that the tamper proof stickers were messed with and they wouldn't warranty it. (they were already messed up when it got to me and I tried to explain it to them but they insisted that I took it apart and that never happened). so now I'm out $2,000 because i believe they sent me a ficm that was already messed up. The lady I spoke with is named Courtney, she was very rude and unprofessional about the whole situation with me telling her I received it in the condition it was already in and it was filthy..

    p.s. I have spent a bunch of money with this company in the past and have never had a problem until now. even sent something back a time or two and got the replacement with no issues until this.

    We are very sorry we were not able to offer you a warranty on this item (reman LLY FICM). We run a family business that takes pride in standing behind the parts we sell. In this case, we were not able to warranty this reman electronic module because it was not returned in the same condition it was shipped to you in. The tamper evident labels that read "warranty void if removed " were both removed, and the module had been opened up. These tamper evident labels are placed on all of our units, to ensure the valuable internals are not stolen. We are very confident these labels were intact on this module before it shipped.
