      On May 29, 2023, I ordered an audio box (item #************, order #*****) from Autocado, LLC. I received the sales order via email on May 29, 2023 at 2:43pm. On the same day at 5:02pm, I sent an email to ******************** asking to cancel this order because I realized it was not ported. I received an email back within 1 minute stating, "Your request (1205) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. " On May 30, 2023 at 14:52 CDT I received an email from ******* ***** stating, "Hello, Your order has been cancelled." I received another email on May 30, 2023 at 4:48pm stating, "Thank you for shopping at Autocado, LLC. Your order no. ***** has been fulfilled." I thought the email stating the order was canceled came after the email stating the order has been fulfilled. I was under the impression that the order was canceled. When I got home from work on June 1, 2023, there was a big box outside my door from Autocado, LLC. I sent another email to ******************** stating, "I got the email on May 30th that my order was canceled. Today the audio box showed up at my home. Now I need to return it and get my refund. Please contact me ASAP to get this return and refund started. I'm asking you to please cover the return shipping since it shouldn't have been shipped out in the first place." The minutes later, I received an email from ******* ***** stating, "I apologize that this was shipped to you. I will send a shipping label shortly. Thank you for your patience and understanding." After the 2nd email from ********************, I received a return shipping label. I printed the label, taped it to the box and dropped it off at my local UPS store on June 13, 2023 at 2:39pm. About a week later, I tracked the package and found it was received by *** ***** on June 15, 2023 at 11:30am. On June 24, 2023 at 2:10pm I sent another email to ******************** asking again for a refund, but still have not received a reply to that email or a refund.

      I sent 1 last email to this company, Autocado, LLC today before I filled out the complaint with your business.  I actually received a reply from them. They said my refund was hung up in their system.  They just pushed it through and I should see the refund in 3-5 business days.  I will let you know if and when I do or do not receive my refund.  Thank you.
