    04/11/2025 I signed a contract for a full car paint and paid a $1,612.50.I was asked for more money on 04/19/2025 of $537.50 for more supplies. I dropped car off on scheduled 04/25/2025. On 04/29/2025 I was informed car would be ready on 05/03/25, not the agreed 05/01/2025 after I reached out asking about progress. On 05/03/2025 car wasnt ready and I was sent an invoice to pay the remaining amount of $1,000.00 before inspection. I informed owner I wouldnt do that until I inspected the car. I was then told car would be ready by 05/04/2025. Car wasnt ready again on 05/04/2025 at 12pm but would be by 8pm on 05/04/2025 and I would be sent pictures. At 6pm on 05/04/2025 I asked where the pictures was I was supposed to receive and informed him Id be on time for the expected pickup. Then I was informed pickup would change again to 05/05/2025, I was asked again to pay the remaining amount prior to pickup or inspection, I declined. On 05/05/2025 I was asked for another $50 plus 8% tax for more supplies. I reluctantly agreed and paid it. On 05/05/2025 I was told the car looked horrible and to come speak about it. After speaking with him in person and going over plans, I was given another pickup date of 05/08/2025. On 05/07/2025 I checked in again to be told paint was waiting on shipment and the car hasnt been touched. On 05/07/2025 I was informed by ***** from provided pictures to remove my car from their premises before it was completely totaled. On 05/07/2025 damages was accessed by *****. Owner of paint shop was informed he wouldnt get car back. Since owner has refused to refund me, help with repairs and has threatened me.

    So this person came over from a vinyl wrap shop complaining about them just like she is about me.  She wanted the permanent option that I offer.  She made her deposit and when the product came in she dropped the car off.  I asked her a few days later for another 500 for supplies and for removing her old vinyl.   While the car was half done they come up with some excuse saying that Tesla needs the car ASAP.  So they made me un mask the whole car put the wheels back on so they can go to Tesla.   While they were at Tesla they were saying Tesla won't let you put any after market paint or wrap on the car because it will void there warranty.  So 20 min goes by and they all of a sudden call and say the car is messed up which it wasn't. Then they start threatening me saying if I dispute there credit card dispute that they will go to the police.  Then after I disputed there dispute and won they got mad and now we're threatening me about going to the BBB and getting me shut down.   That's all these people do is go out horrible reviews on people trying to make a living. On my contract it clearly states no refunds at all.

    I am rejecting this response because as shown in the provided files owner agrees to NOT disputing the charge back from my bank since he knew the job was incomplete, he also kept changing the completion dates, he doesnt in fact offer permanent paint jobs as he states in this response and knows he didnt do the work as contracted. It was supposed to be a complete permanent paint job, it was not complete nor permanent. Also see attached proof from *****. (see files attached). Owner is also currently on ****** currently cussing me out and calling my businesses fake. Owner also states on ****** the car was fine when it left his shop, however, admitted on this response the car wasnt complete when I assumed the car back. Owner intentionally vandalized my car and was given multiple opportunities to refund me. Owner originally agreed and is now causing further issues (see screenshot from owners registered phone number for shop). Next steps is legal if owner doesnt refund me for the job he knows he didnt complete. I also have video evidence of everything and owner knows this. As for another company that is false allegations to bad reviews intentionally to just get money from people. Ive never received any funds/work from anyone without paying out of my own funds. Furthermore, my company makes triple what owners does. Owner is also operating WITHOUT insurances.
