      We contracted with Top Driver for my sons required drivers lessons. He had 3 of the 4 required, the last one was canceled by the female instructor. We had asked for her because Mr. ***** had hit my son out of frustration with him while driving. That session was canceled by her hours before it should have happened. We tried to reschedule online, the only have openings one month at a time. I called customer service and explained what happened, said they would email General Manager and have him get back to me. I heard nothing from anyone, looked again at schedule but no openings. Called customer service again, got the same resolution and again heard nothing. Called a third time and requested they give him his certificate and was told they would upload it so he could take his final test in May 2024. We worked on teaching him manueverability ourselves and more driving, scheduled test in August (first available with BMV). Drove an hour from home, the certificate was not on file. Called customer service and was pretty upset was told they couldn't give that legally without class, apologized and said they had to email GM again, that was their only way to communicate with him. We drove home, I researched who the GM was, found his emial sent message. He contacted me immediately. Offered to request money back from company and do a private session himself. Wrote back he had a medical situation and would get back to me on August 26th and haven't heard from anyone since. I have emailed hima gain twice.
