    I took two suits and a blazer to get dry cleaned on Tuesday April 11th at 5:57pm (3 min before close). The blazer I took had some internal damage to the lining (I'm aware that there is a risk of more damage and that they won't take responsibility for damage caused to it) but they looked at it and told me "this WILL get more damaged going through the cleaning" I said "I understand that there is a risk but I've been dry cleaning this blazer for 6 years and it has never gotten more damaged from dry cleaning" and they said "it WILL get more damaged and that I was wrong" I asked them to clean my clothing and they took all the clothing and said it would be ready Friday April 14th at 4 pm. I received a text saying "thank you for choosing us let us know if you need anything" and I decided that I no longer wanted to get a cleaning from them because of the attitude they had towards me as a customer so I texted to the number that specifically said was a responsive number at 7:36PM that SAME EVENING and I said very clearly I no longer wanted my cleaning done. To my surprise... at 12:57 the next day suddenly my cleaning was done!!!! Crazy how as soon as I didn't want it done they expedited my service by 3 days just so they could charge me when I specifically asked to not be charged. They also never told me the price at check in even when I asked. Also as a side note I spoke to the owner and he claims that the service was already done by the time I requested to cancel. He claims that the cleaning was picked up to be done off site at 6pm. Which I know is a lie because another employee told me it was a lie that all cleaning was done on site and it was not done until after I requested the cancelation. I dropped off at 5:57 and I can see that the services are performed on site because there is LITERALLY ON SITE CLEANING WITHIN VIEW OF THE COUNTER! Not only do they not care about their customers they LIE THROUGH THEIR TEETH TO TAKE EVERY PENNY THEY CAN. I want my $51 back.
