    We had excellent response from Foxcroft, Both The Lady Who Answered The Phone And From ***, The Technician, *** Is A Very Good Listener, I Told Him What The Unit Was Or Wasn't Doing, *** Knows His Job Well! I Would Recommend Foxcroft HVAC Refrigeration Everytime, Thank You Kindly For Being So Spot On ***!

    ***** a brand new hvac system from them back in April, now for first time we have extreme heat the new AC unit wont work. A tech came out today and said something about a part needed to be ordered, that they would be in contact with me. So after getting an answer they want me to wait another week for the part to come In, so what am I suppose to do in the meantime? I asked the questions to receptionist and she was very rude and cutting me off. They obviously do not care! With it being a brand new hvac system well this problem should not be my problem so why do the dogs and I have to suffer? I also feel like the owner does not care after seeing their responses to some of the reviews, very defensive!

    We are sorry for your frusterstion. We have the parts ordered through the manufacturer. We understand how hard this is and we are working on this for you. If the item ordered comes in sooner we will move you sooner.

    I wish I could give a 0 star so far this company has showed up late to my house twice . The unit is at my house I had an appt today and naturally it's 90 plus degrees outside me and my family have health issues. So, what do they so send me a text canceling my appointment saying they will reach out to re-schedule after I have already been without air conditioning for 5 days. To say I am utterly shocked and upset that a company could do this to someone is an understatement. Super unprofessional. Do not contact this company they will not make sure you are good to go.

    Shady! Estimate to insurance company $2000. Called to get options and asked for another estimate but they never called me back. Called another company, was scheduled immediately and fix was $70.

    Since this review is based on pricing info, we aren't sure how all new material was completely replaced from the severe animal damage. We price jobs to fix. Not patch. We would be more than happy to discuss this with the licensed contractor who performed this repair. Let us know if we can help further.

    If you are filling a claim with your Home warranty company and Foxcroft is assigned do not allow them in your home. They know a loophole with the warranty company which is ( modified) and you will end up paying several hundred extra for no reason. Our blower motor went out and they told *** it had to be modified. Which it did not!! I watched as they simply plugged it up. It was the exact part. Very dishonest. I wrote a review when this accrued roughly 2 years ago but for some reason its not here. This deserves zero stars

    We are sorry that your home warranty had this coverage issue for you 2 years ago. Since we don't decide coverage on your home warranty plan, we would reccomend contacting them with coverage questions. We are glad that this repair that was completed 2 years ago apparently fixed your hvac system though. Unfortunately your name listed here isn't showing in our history so it is difficult for us to have context on this 2 year old situation, but We wish you the best.

    Absolutely worst customer service ever, I submitted a job 12/23/24 its now been almost a month since *** had my request in with this company and still no working furnace. Ive even had technicians come out to fix my furnace all for them to come up with every excuse on why they cant fix it or pushing the job back . The person who answers the phone for this establishment is very rude she hung on me while I was on the phone, and they are very bad at keeping you updated on your job status. Worst experience!

    We are sorry that at our last repair visit you had excessive gas pressure that caused the failure to the new parts we Installed. Since we do not provide gas to your home we unfortunately could not remedy this. 

    Though we understand your frustration we also are sorry you feel this way especially when our involvement started after you had a company before us that had referenced an access issue with your equipment and almost did not allow for coverage of this repair through your home warranty. 

    We will assume that based on this review you no longer need service.

    Absolutely worst customer service ever. When I called for an update on my service the after paying and over a week without heat and any communication from staff on status of my repair. The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude said the more I push for updates the slower she is going to make the process. Then hung up on me! Have a heart, have empathy. Seems to be trending reviews about the same staff member.Why continue to work with *** if their staff hates supporting their customers!?

    We are sorry for your frustration and for the communication points you chose to use with our dispatcher who was attempting to give you the info you had asked for. We understand your frustration. We also ask that we are treated as human beings through this frustrating time for you instead of only screaming at us. We are working tirelessly to obtain these parts through your home warranty. 



    Based on this review and the comments you had made to our office staff earlier,  we will assume you no longer need service.

    I never screamed at you or anyone else. I did tell you it doesnt take three days to look up a part number. When you threatened me over the phone thats when I became defensive. To which you once more hung the phone up on me. Phone call was recorded because of my previous treatment from you. You cannot and will not silence my freedom of speech. As a veteran I will never compromise my rights for your feelings. I will continue to tell everyone I know and that will listen about your atrocious business antics and how your receptionist needs to find a new career path. Maybe one that doesnt require you to be empathetic to your victims. STAY CLEAR OF FOXCROFT!!!

    Awful. We had them diagnose an ** leak. In and out of our house in less than 5 minutes. What the technician told us it needed - a drip pan - was not at all what the final estimate was for - a new ** coil. Our home warranty was covering the cost of the new ** coil and our "extra" charges by Foxcroft were $500 for duct work modification, $500 for some other modification, $300 for new green hose and $3000 for freon for a total of $4300. We called a different HV** servicer on our own dime and they said the ** wasn't the issue the leak was coming from an issue with the furnace. Wow. What shoddy diagnosis.

    I would not even give them 1 star. The receptionist is absolutely rude, hung up on me when I asked to speak to a supervisor. They have ZERO communication with you, they make you do their work for them. We have gone almost 2 weeks now with NO a/c and have 4 kids 1 who has severe allergies and asthma and was almost admitted into the hospital due to the heat and they still have yet to fix our A/C. I will and am contacting my attorney TODAY for this matter. Foxcroft is a joke, has no customer service skills and will hang up on you at any given moment for any reason. Again recap I will NEVER use foxcroft again, I will be contacting my attorney today who is now the prosecutor as well for out local courts, and I will be sending them a bill for our daughters hospital bills!!!!!
