      On March 13, I pre-ordered Neca 2 Pack Bloody Ash/Cherry and TCM Leatherface Toony Terrors. Everything was paid. A month went by and then two months. I tried sending Horror Merch emails, but you can't get through with no customer service agent, and you can't send an email for customer service staff. The way you send an email is putting your order number and choose the issue you are having by clicking on the issue - and you get an automat pre-written email with no specifications about your item whereabouts. There's no one you can't directly speak, no customer service phone, no email address to email to customer staff. I sent them via this automat email (no email address) about where are my items - and 3 months later (past week) they canceled my order and refunded the money with no explanations whatsoever. They just canceled. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND TIRED. Whoever is the owner and customer service agents should at least have the courtesy and respect to send the customer the whereabouts on their ordered items with a simple email stating they are behind in sending the items or any courteous emails. But they literally leave you in the air, no emails about your pre-order items and they don't write back personal emails. No customer service phone numbers. You are just ordering to a ghost staff. They did refund the money back to me, but again Why was the reason? No explanation whatsoever. A total Thumbs down for HORROR MERCH for unprofessional customer service.

      I placed an order back at the beginning of October 2024 not realizing the reputation they have online, and while there was no communication for months, I finally received half of my order at random and was still waiting for the other half to be fulfilled. They sent an email on March 10th that the other half couldn't be fulfilled and they were issuing a refund, which I got pretty quick. I know a lot of people don't have a good time with this site, but all in all, I'm pretty happy. I purchased the other half of my order somewhere else. My biggest issue is the lack of being able to contact anyone with questions and the lack of updates, but other than that, I've got no other issues.

      Worst customer service. I've been trying to get a hold of someone for months on two different orders, and nothing. I made an order on Aug. 8, 2024 and only received 10 out of 14 items. Ignorantly, I made another order on Aug. 20, 2024 and only received 5 out of 7 items. I sent an email Sept. 25 asking for a status on my orders, and all I got was a generic response, "Please visit previous emails (including any automated emails), your purchase receipt and direct product descriptions for further information regarding Made To Order Items and Items Arriving Soon." I tried several other times, including this week. Nothing. They will not help you. They don't respond. That was literally the only response I've gotten. Do not order anything from them. I spent $275.06 there, and they can't even tell me when my items are going to get to me, or if I can get a refund. *************. If I could talk to someone, I'd give them better, but they have no way of contacting except through email, and they don't even respond to that. So, do yourself a favor and don't purchase anything from them.And seeing all these other reviews... I wish I had seen them. This is just terrible. To see their responses here is just baffling.

      Zero customer service availability, contact us on the website gives you a generic email response basically saying "good luck on seeing what you ordered".

      I did the mystery MONTHLY subscription after like 14 days after the second payment and not getting any notice I contacted them about not getting anything yet? After several attempts of contacting them with the only form they allow , no one hasnt ever contacted back its been over a month from that payment and still nothing no contact no product, no explanation nothing.

      The company took the second payment in the month of October , and I never got a shipping link whatsoever and its now November 22nd . So I got the September one but never got the October shipment that the money was taken for. And when I explained this no one responded. Kind of hard to communicate with a company that doesnt respond whatsoever and as looking at the other reviews it has happen to multiple people. So again where is the October shipping link that I paid for as well.

      Absolute scam of a website. It was so bad, I had to get ****** involved to get my money back. ****** even told me this "store" lied to them during the resolution case and it was one of the worst cases of fraud they have ever seen.The items you receive look NOTHING like they do on the website. They arrive looking horrible, as if they were tied to the back of a car and driven across gravel. It looked horrible. I immediately filed a case with ****** and got all my money back. You have a 10 day period to ask about orders. I emailed them 6 times and did not receive even one response from their "helpdesk" - it's a scam.Again, ****** literally told me they lied about their case and they should be ashamed. They tried to fake evidence, made false claims, etc. to win the case but ****** saw right through their shady actions. I have never interacted with a more shady online "store" in my life and I buy things online all the time.Can't wait for them to reply to this and try to make up some more false claims just like they did with ******. Luckily, like ******, we can all see through their lies.STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. **** WEBSITE.

      As you have 7 different orders from us prior to this purchase - all inclusive from the same print shops that you "have problems with" the print quality - it is not correct.

      You even said the day after purchase that you would be disputing the charges, all due to buyers remorse before items even shipped that were already in print production

      Also pretty sure that ****** would not give you a $800+ credit after you were refunded for the items that were still in production once your dispute was found in our favor due to buyers remorse.

      Also you tried to place 9 more orders with us yesterday - we had immediately cancelled them due to your social media and dispute history.

      The shirts have already been returned to you, cat hair and all that had sent to us trying to get a refund for items that were printed properly and by the same print shops you received items from before.

      If you have further issues, contact ****** as they found in our favor that buyers remorse is not something covered by us - or them.

      As we do not cover, and as ****** does not cover buyer remorse, you might want to see what you purchase before threatening refunds and posting negative reviews for incorrect customer purchasing.

      if the customer has any further issues or questions they can contact ****** as they have already closed the case in our favor for the items that were not mispirinted and the customer said they would file a dispute within 24 hours from purchase as a buyers remorse purchase. 

       

      You ordered 38 shirts. 31 shirts were sent to you and delivered with the tracking numbers below - so yes you did receive items. 

      You also violated our terms and conditions that you agreed to the next day saying you were going to file a dispute because you couldn't make a shirt change or cancellation.

      "buyer reported that they weren't satisfied with the item or service they received"
      So again, you received ************************************* process under 30 days from purchase at the time of your dispute

      ****** required you to send the shirts back. 

      The shirts you returned to ** were worn, missing the original logo stickers, missing the hang tags for the Universal Monsters items and had pet hair all over them. 

      ****** does not support buyers remorse so as the case was found in our favor the shirts were sent back to you in the same pet hair pile that you had sent them to us once we took photos of each item to make sure it matches what is shown on the site. 

      Once this was found back in our favor you were also directly refunded for the remaining items that were not yet shipped to you minus the ****** dispute fee and reshipping fee and the cost to send the shirts back to you.

      This kind of interaction from you is exactly why we have blocked your ****** account from interacting with us and we have also banned you from our website from purchasing from us in the future after trying to flood us with 9 purchases that were instantly voided yesterday. 

      Which is why you're posting today instead of 3 weeks ago because we've blocked your access from attempting this again. 

      Due to your continual posting, editing replies and also distorting that items were delivered, ****** found this in our favor and your items were returned, we will not have any further updates and will just wait for this review to get tossed for posting false information 

      You've received the shirts, you've received the refund. You're no longer taking up our time because you are trying to give us a black eye for fraudulent customer interactions for purchases we've filled.

      Complete scam site, ordered a pre order for an item in 2022, this item was available on ****** immediately, tried to cancel the order and couldnt. Never received it, made a complaint on a social media site and they said they refused to fix our issue because of the complaint, finally threatened with legal action and they sent me a store credit, used it for a shirt in January 2024 and 9 months later still has hit come

      I ordered a $30 t-shirt over 9 months ago. It never came and I can't get any help from customer service. I've tried asking for help several times and only got a couple automated responses. Now they just ignore me. As far as I'm concerned, they stole my money. Their site is a scam and they can't be trusted. Customer service is nonexistent. As a customer, I have no recourse and I guess I'm just out the money. There are better places to buy from. Don't take the chance with this unscrupulous company.

      No, actually, this is the second time Horrormerch.com has done me wrong. The order I referenced here was placed on January 8th of this year. So it's been 8 months (not 9) and I've yet to receive the ********* tshirt or a refund. I gave you a second chance and you did me wrong again. Honestly, I don't even remember you sending the first refund. I'll never order from you again.

      I ordered a figure on pre-order at the end of 2022. The item never came out and 8 months later I got notified I was to either receive a refund or a gift card if they do not hear from me. I try to contact them several times regarding my refund but they never responded. After the 4th or 5th email I sent them once the time to get my refund ended and they contact me back to send me a gift card. I told him I did not want a gift card and I tried to contact them several times regarding my refund. They claim to never have received my emails regarding a refund. So I took the gift card and ordered six items in October of 2023. I received two of the items about 2 months later. I have heard no updates regarding the other four items for several months. When I try to contact them regarding the order I get a generic automated email and they never respond to my inquiries. I would never order from them again

      Never had any issues with horror merch, always received everything ordered in perfect condition and care. It's important to read text when ordering items, but they are great with providing detail and when you should be expecting to receive your items.
