    Please see attachment I attached it on original complaint but not sure why
    it did not get included. The message on July 12th about him providing me a
    refund which he has not fulfilled to this date. The payment was through
    Zelle otherwise I would simply request chargeback from credit card company
    for non-rendered services.

    I said: that's fine you can refund the second portion of the money $1000 I gave 2 days ago.
    We then agreed to finish the sessions, in order to catch up with ones he canceled we doubled up. It was good for 5 days then again he started not showing up and/or canceling last minute.
    July 5th he texted me at 6 am to cancel our 6:30 am
    July 6th he just flat out didn't show up or contact me till 11 am.

    8th he texted - was late 30 minutes.
    10th tested - late again.
    12th texted he stuck behind a truck for am session, texted at 2:30 pm for 3 pm session; he cannot make it.
    I said you do not respect my time.
    He told me to find another trainer.
    I said refund me I will.
    He said I will refund you in a month or two there's no legal limit on refunds.
    NOT acceptable I sent him 2 requests (for the month that had not started) $600 refund
    He can keep $1400 for the 2 months despite unfinished sessions
