So on Oct 12 I ordered pizza around 5 in the afternoon I was quoted a delivery time that was less than in hour without ever contacting me they delivered my order at 10 in the evening 5 hrs after I ordered I was asleep by this time instead of canceling my order they proceeded to leave it outside my door on the ground where animals then got to it I had forgotten about it till I found it all over my backyard on Sunday morn I then filed a complaint with their corporate office case #******* well three weeks later and I still have not been contacted by anybody from dominoes in the corporate complaint a screenshot of the missed call from there driver was included that is how I know when they got here with it I never bothered to contact the location bc the last time something similar to this happened I was promised a credit then when I called to use it it was never entered in there system I was hoping there corporate office would care more about there absurdly bad service and make sure it was resolved clearly it is company policy to provide horrid service and do whatever they can to avoid making it right the only way customer service can be this bad is if it starts at the top and is allowed all the way to the bottom the manager on duty had to of known that orders were going out extremely late and made no effort to notify the customers then they ignore the complaints they get the next days five hours delivery time is bad enough to then make me clean the food out of my yard and still charge me 50 dollars is even worse

We tried to get pizza from Dominos on West Broad St ordering on line, the computer would not take the order. My daughter was on the way home from work and volunteered to stop into the store and order and wait for the food. They had 2 promotions running at the time - one was for $6.99 the other was $7.99, one was if you ordered on line the other was for pick up orders. When she got to the W. Broad location she found out they didn't have working ovens and sent her to the Hilliard location 15 mins away. We were in the process of moving a family member and she wanted to be helpful and went to the other location - out of the way. If we had known we would have just ordered pizza from someone else. She placed her order and they would not give her either deal because they said she didn't order on line - but she did pick up (so they should have honored that price). She did not understand - she struggles with disabilities and they took advantage of her. When she got home her bill was $101.12. This person let her add a tip to the receipt even though she picked up the food and he didn't give her the sale prices. I called the store that night and ask to speak to a manager - he would not get on the phone and the person would not tell me his name. I filled out the chat bot on the site for Dominos and email their customer service, waiting over 2 weeks. No one has contacted me. They overcharged my daughter that was trying to be helpful to her family. I have the receipt and would like the amount adjusted that should have been charged to her along with the tip.
