****** was intelligent about his subject matter. He explained the difference and the costs between the standard tank water heater and a tank less. I was able to schedule service for the next day. As always, Eco Plumbers was helpful.

1 starI was on vacation and on my return, i turned on the cooling system and after an hour it did not cool one degree. I adjusted the temperature at 7:30 and at 8:30 the temperature did not change. I called your service number expecting to have someone call me this evening. (didnt happen)At this point, I turned off the unit at the thermostat and had the fan on auto. Much to my surprise, heat started coming out of the vents and the unit would not turn off. At this point, an hour later, I called once again and got your after hours answering service. I explained the issue and that the unit would not turn off even though I had it turned off on the thermostat. The representative then tried to schedule an appointment for next week. I once again I made sure she understood that the unit was putting out heat and would not turn off and that I expected someone out tonight. She said she understood but the hours for your company was M-F. I was completely surprised and verified that Eco has no emergency hours. At that point I told her to not to worry about it and that I would find a ************ that has emergency service.This was a unit that was installed in March 2025. Also, in April *** sent me an email stating it was time to have my air conditioning checked for the summer which was completed on April 11th.Review fromTerry G

We had a representative from ECO Plumbing come to our home today to try to sell us a heating and air conditioning bundle. We did not buy from him and on his way out he told us he needed to get home to his wife as she has covid!!! I am 78 y/o and very prone to anything contagious! I have been ill for over a year now! I am more likely than not to get covid! I am livid knowing this will no doubt be my demise!WHY!? would any company send someone out to make a sales pitch who has covid in their home!WHY?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I saw a$139 HVAC tune up and cleaning special advertisement on their website and booked it. When the tech got here late he said he only had it listed as cooling only and if I wanted furnace checked also, it would be $139 also for a total of $278. I showed him the website and he said that he would honor it but would not be able to complete both today because he was off at 6pm. They showed up at 5pm when I scheduled between the hours of 12-4. They did communicate they would be late. I sent him away because I can't trust someone that tried to charge more than advertised. My experience with Eco was great, my plumber fixed the issue, inspected my entire home and flushed my hot water tank all in a single day. He could of easily just left and called it a day after fixing the drainage issue but instead he went above and beyond and taught me home maintenance tips too!
