The 2 people that came were amazing. I went with them because they provided a free estimate and they had a special that made it $93 to snake the drain. Somehow the clog must have fixed itself because they didn't have to snake the drain. They left it up to us and they were not pushy about it. I didn't have to pay anything which is extremely surprising! This is what the invoice said:Upon arrival we ran water for at least 20 minutes, flushed toilet 15+ times, ran basement shower and laundry sink as well.The line drained all of the water without backing up.While filling up the laundry sink to simulate a load of laundry, the pipe came apart underneath the sink and leaked a lot of water onto the floor.This is because the pipe was barely fastened onto the bottom of the sink and we did not disturb it at all.I was able to resecure the pipe to the bottom of the sink, but the pipe is barely long enough to reach it and I recommended to the customer getting a longer piece of tubular to make sure its fully ********** of now everything is draining as it should, I believe they had a soft clog that loosened up on its own.I let them know to call back if they need any help hooking up the new pipes under the sink or if the line clogs.SUB-TOTAL $0.00Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians

I have had great experiences with most of the Eco employees. They have worked with me when there were issues and even given me credits. ***** is my electrician. Awesome guy. Does a great job at reasonable rates. Bek has been my plumber. Nice guy and thorough with the jobs, Dayvon is my HVAC guy. Very thorough and makes sure things work right.I have had ceiling lights, ceiling fan, outlets, new dryer wiring, new breaker wired for fridge, moved dryer wiring and more.I have a new furnace. Its had multiple issues. Multiple thermostats were bad. All the visits to fix issues were free.Had ice maker line that was leaking fixed. There was an issue that job caused but the company reached out many times to try and resolve. Had new water line installed. New pipes for dishwasher. New water lines for washer. New toilet.I would highly recommend this company. My only issue in the last few weeks I am not receiving return calls from managers. Receptionist claims ******** and ****** reached out to me since I called them about an issue on 7/3/25. That is not true and I have still not heard back. My electrician ***** had his GM call me. He had never gotten a message to call me. Something is off with the scheduling people getting the message to managers.Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians

1 starPlease do not ever in life use this company for anything!!! Eventually you will be very disappointed!! They are very nice and manipulative in the beginning but once they break something or the work is not done properly they want to charge you again on top of my the warranty you already have. They broke a line in my main drain and never let me know the risk until they broke the line. And then wanted to charge me again on top of the warranty I already have on this particular line. My basement continues to get flooded with p*** and they won't even call the city to pull permit so that the city can dig up and see if the blockage is on their side. They told me they are not willing to do anything about it. I guess because they manipulated me and didn't tell me the risk. To save yourself from having to call the news stations, file complaints with the city DO NOT USE ECO!!! THEY ARE CROOKS!!Review fromMarie S

My husband & I have been Eco Plumbers members for years. After something was dropped in one of our toilets, we called. We had a plumber here in two hours, he fixed the problem, and because there were no replacements needed, we didn’t have to pay! Eco Plumbers are excellent, provide prompt & competent service, have managers who offer not just support but continuous training to employees. Without membership, there is a door cost like everyone else. The membership saved us $80 today. Their hourly rate is a bit higher than some, but because technicians are well-trained, their time at a job is typically less. Our kitchen sink backed up about 9:30am and I called Eco and they said a service Teck would call before arriving and in 25 minutes or sooner he came and was polite, kept me informed what he would do, wore bootees, brought in a new cable machine and had it cleaned out in good time. He had me sign an I pad receipt, and I will call them for our electric problem next week. He was very aware of making sure not to leave a mess and gave options on the cost of repair. My **/furnace started leaking water and puddling on the floor. Initial phone service was great (********), and ***** was out within the hour. However, what ***** reported to Eco and what he told me were 2 very different things. After 90 minutes and lots of tests, I was told the reason for the leak was a dirty filter that was put in backward. It was pressing against the condenser, not allowing it to "breathe". He replaced the filter with one we had on hand. I asked AT LEAST three times if this was really what was causing the issue - a backward filter. He assured me it was, but that he had some other recommendations since the ** was over 15 years old. He took his time explaining his recommendations, the cost, and said to call them if I wanted to move forward with any of these to "make the unit run more efficiently". NO WHERE did he say I needed to do either of these recommendations to stop the leaking that he said he already fixed. He said he checked for clogs, leaks, and ran a diagnostic check. He graded our system a "B" and told me everything looked good. An hour after he left, the puddling resumed. **************** took a nosedive from here out - from being put on hold for over 12 minutes, being told someone would call me "whenever they are available" to the 3rd ****** telling me that ***** reported that I needed to move forward with the recommendations to fix the leaking issue ($9000 fix!). At this point, I don't even know what recommendation to go with since he said it was fixed, and his recommendations were only to make it more efficient. So now, after 90 minutes, positive diagnostics and $129, I'm told "sorry, that is not what was reported" and that I needed to shell out almost $9000 to stop the leaking. On top of this, I am leaving out of town and we are expecting mid-90 temps over the next few days, so I can't just turn it off, so puddling will happen while I am away from the house. **************** - do not do business with them.Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians
