We used PDQ for an insurance claim and the whole process couldnt have been smoother. We had a new roof within a week of reaching out and the day of install the crew were done by NOON!!!! The ******** arrived on time, was extremely professional, performed the job in a timely manner, took pictures of before, during, and after to provide confirmation of work performed, and cleaned up the job site. We had just had our kitchen remodeled and looked up and were so upset to find a leak showing on the ceiling over our brand new kitchen island. *** was recommended to us by our kitchen contractors. We called and **** was out the next morning to inspect and give us the bad news that we needed a new roof. He gave us a quote (thousands less than our neighbor just paid) and said he could rearrange their schedule and get our roof on in one day before we went on vacation the next week. He told us leaks that cannot be patched take priority. True to his word, the crew came that Sunday and our roof was complete before we left town. PDQ Roofing is absolutely outstanding! I suspected that needed a new roof in 2020; so, I contacted PDQ roofing for a free inspection. Since I knew that roofs were pretty expensive, I was really dreading the quote. To my surprise, though, it was WELL under what I was expecting—by several thousand dollars!
The owner of the business inspected my roof personally. He took me around on the roof to show me why he believed I needed a new one. He was very straightforward and explained everything in a way that I could easily understand, despite that fact that I am by no means a handy man.
He gave me several options of materials and different packages to choose from and when I asked what he recommended, he didn’t recommend that most expensive option; moreover, he explained why he thought the most expensive option wasn’t necessary in my particular case.
PDQ roofing is a company you can trust to take care of you the way a close friend or neighbor would. There was no pressure. The estimate was good for 30 days: plenty of time for me to get several other estimates. Plus, the roof came with a limited lifetime workmanship warranty that’s good for as long as I own the home; and which can be transferred one time to the next owner for an additional five years!
Bottom Line: I'm extremely satisfied with my roof; but I'm even more satisfied with the level of customer service that I received—and continue to receive—from PDQ roofing. You can trust them to do the job right, at an extremely fair price; moreover, they don’t forget about you after they’ve installed your roof. They genuinely care about their work and the customers they serve. I’ll be recommending PDQ Roofing to anyone I know who needs a new roof.PDQ Roofing
