      Business has extreme poor management when it comes to customer/transportation. Purchased several culverts from this plane and they told me I had to make an appointment and if I didn't have my order number they'd turn me away. Made it for 1200pm showed up at 11:50 and sat in line waiting at their stop sign for 2 hours. Went into the office where they yell at you saying don't come in the office like the sign says. Well the sign says to call them and not go in, well they never answered that's why I went in. Talked to some semi drivers there and they said they will completely turn people away if they go in the office. Finally pulled in to the yard after being directed in where I proceeded to wait another hour before they started loading. Took 15 minutes to load. Hurried to get my straps on the bottom culverts where the loader said no need to hurry we get paid by the hour. Definitely poor management mentality. Thought it was a one off but went back for more 2 days later and this time there were no other trucks to pick up. Still waited an hour and a half. Highly recommend going elsewhere if you can or if you go here just show up 2 hours prior and you'll be on time. Talked to my vendor and they said that it is a common complaint. What a waste of time. Almost cost me as much in time as it did the culverts
