TLDR: they over promise and underdeliver! Worst customer service.
EverDry is one of the worst companies we have ever worked with. We chose EverDry because they seemed to have the best solution and they appeared to be a great company up until a few months ago.
They started our “two day” job in mid December 2022 and it is still not complete. The lack of communication is unreal amongst the company. There is no management in the office available for phone calls during business hours and they won’t give cell numbers. But good luck getting them to call you back.
We have been promised they would make our situation right but so far the field supervisor failed- never came back as promised, didn’t communicate full scope of work to crew upon 3rd revisit.
I then called and asked to speak with someone higher in the company and after 3 days I got a call that he was going to come out and get things taken care of…. Here we are almost 2 weeks later and I haven’t received a call even though i have followed up.
They charge top prices and do bare minimum work and the WORST customer service I have ever worked with (mostly because there is none).
They are quick to collect money but not quick to do the job. I would strongly suggest going to any other company.
List of our issues so far:
Workers sleeping in our driveway for multiple hours a day
Cussing and screaming at each other in our basement while children in home
Broken window and 4 broken window covers
Didn’t complete the job first time and came back 1 month later to still not complete job
Supervisors don’t show up ever or communicate work
Salesman promised work that workers refused to do
20 plus unreturned phone calls
Workers sending unprofessional texts directly to us after we complained
Basement had water the day after they left because they refused to do the job right the first time
Set up sump pump incorrectly which resulted in issues with neighborEverDry Waterproofing of Columbus

While we are relentlessly devoted to providing truly remarkable service, we are more than willing to concede that at times, individuals among our many employees, do not reflect our 'customer and quality come first' culture. We are truly sorry that you experienced less than professional service from members of our company. As you know, our company did replace the broken window and the window well covers, as promised. I think they ****! Started a 4 day job on September 26, and when we had to leave on December 15 it still wasn’t completed. They came back 3 times and each time they forgot to bring material to finish the job. They covered up the outlet for my washer, the window where we have the dryer vented, the plastic they covered the walls was falling off because it wasn’t put up right!! The crew they sent to my house were a bunch of clowns. They came in late and left early. After they left we couldn’t find the charger for our drill, etc. I can only hope when we get home on May 15. They will come out and finish the job.

Dakota was very professional. He called every morning to give me a heads up on his team's arrival time, even though arrival was the same each day. He updated me frequently throughout the process and answered my questions to satisfaction. His team members were polite and respectful. Casey and crew were on time and communicative on all aspects of the job. After a sales person (no longer with the company) oversold what wouldn't need to be done (drywall, baseboard, etc. removal) we were starting off on the wrong foot but overall were okay with the changes needed to have it done right. I work from home and did not feel the work was disruptive. Everyone was pleasant and they left the property in good shape considering it was snowing and raining a majority of the time. Assuming the work fixes our water issues in the basement, we will have no complaints.EverDry Waterproofing of Columbus

In 1979 we paid the Everdry Waterproofing company to waterproof our crawl space under our home at **** *** ***** ** in ************ ** we paid $20,000 for this service, believing that the problem of dampness had been corrected. In December of 2022, we noticed that the wall and floor in our family room was separating, indicating that the floor was sinking. A contractor came out to inspect the problem, and discovered that a large portion of our floor had rotted badly. He also found that no moisture barrier had been installed n 2017. A supervisor from Everdry Waterproofing came and check things out. He was surprised that no moisture barrier had been installed when the original job was done!
Ever dry did come on January 10 and 11, 2023, and laid a moisture barrier under the original part of our house. The worker refused to do the same under the new addition to our home because that part was not included in our original contract from 1979. After calling Ever Dry numerous times, they did agree that the addition to our home was included in the original contract and have agreed to come back and finish the job!
The problem we are having is that we now must pay a large amount of cash to repair ‘our floor. A main beam must be replaced as well as several floor joists! We thought that Ever Dry had accepted or $20,000 to waterproof our crawl space so that our floor would not sustain water damage! We feel that Ever Dry is responsible for the damage to our floor, and should have to pay to repair the damage! Zach, the supervisor who has been working with us, said he had turned our case over to their quality control department. As of today, they have not reached out to us! We are in limbo, playing a waiting game to find out what they may, or may not do to help us! We are retired people living in a fixed income, and we will have a difficult time coming up with the resources to have our floor restored! We trusted Ever Dry to prevent us from having this happen!EverDry Waterproofing of Columbus

Address: **** ***** *** *** ***** *********. Property of ***** *****. Everdry started a project of waterproofing the basement. Here we are in 2023,and the job is still,uncompleted ! Outside work has yet to be finished. We were lied to,about what they would do . A representative came out each time,and admitted the job,was unfinished.They have no answers,as to why the ball was dropped,so to speak. We feel Romma has been taken advantage of.
