Everdry waterproofed my basement a number of years ago and did an excellent job. They have provided excellent warranty service when we have needed it. Their technicians are always on time and very professional. I would highly recommend them.EverDry Waterproofing of Columbus

We noticed leak in April. Employee came out and quoted us $30k on 4/17. They did 3 of our 4 basement walls. Our front wall never had the piping installed & now were forced to compensate as a byproduct of their mistake from 2017. Once we submitted proof of previous work, we were told we got a new ************** see you in our records (though address and names on records were the same from 2017).Someone then came over on 5/1. Quote was changed to $15k. 5/28, we were told a crew would be out between *****a. They arrived after 3p. 5/29, a 2nd crew came out. The supervisor, ****, said that the crew yesterday didnt prep your valuables & cover them like they should have.Our basement and the exterior of our house was left in shambles, leaving the inside caked w/ layers of concrete dust. Clothes, expensive workout equipment, new down comforter, & many more valuables were never considered by ************************* July, we noticed a new leak. 7/31, a supervisor (****) came over to see leak/damages. We went over 3 weeks w/ no word from ****, or anyone else from EverDry. We were told that **** was hospitalized which is why no one could attend to our issues because his notes were in his truck. 8/19, we finally got to talk to the manager, ****, whom made it clear he wanted to make things right and see the property for himself. We arranged a meeting for 8/23.8/23, we were AGAIN stood up as we received a text that **** had to leave work sick. In text EverDry, a new meeting was made w/ **** to be at our house on 8/28 at 9a. We were AGAIN stood up as an hour went by w/ no trace of EverDry manager, ****, on 8/28. Ironically, EverDrys mission statement is, To create raving fans of our ********************* through frequent contact, constant training, a commitment to excellence & unlimited opportunity. Im failing to see how they create raving fans with their lack of commitment and zero communication through our experience.EverDry Waterproofing of Columbus

I would never recommend this company to anyone! They will get your money an when repairs are needed they give you the run around when you pay your annua fee! I wish I would of went with a different company if I knew this would be the service an outcome!EverDry Waterproofing of Columbus

I've been a customer for many years and have always reached a live person when I called with outstanding fast service, we are lucky to have them close by. When we had water problems in the basement, we chose Everdry for the job. It has been about 7 years since we had the work done and I am worry free because of the results! Every time if rained before having them do the work, I was worried about the basement having water and musty smells. I do not worry at all anymore. I did have one problem in a corner and they came back immediately and fixed the problem. Their customer service is also top notch. I recommend Everdry for your basement if you have water problems.EverDry Waterproofing of Columbus
