    I paid $466.94 to book a hotel stay and then cancelled it a week or more before the date to stay. Only refunded a partial refund of $286.91. I want a full refund and the rest of the money $180.03. There was a refund protection that was charged also which I didn't even know it until after the charged. Never got a credit back to my credit card for this amount: $36.58. I would like this refunded also. All this total for $216.61 back to my credit card. Thank you

    We would have been so happy to help you with your concern however your reservation was not confirmed through our Days Inn website, reservation center or directly with the hotel.

    Please contact the agency used to confirm your reservation. We apologize, but we do not have access to your reservation details; therefore, the representatives at the agency where your reservation was confirmed are better equipped to assist with your request.

    The property has not charged the third-party card, please reach out to the third party where you booked and paid for your reservation if looking for a refund.

    Thank you so very very much I got my money back from Days Inn BBB came through for me it’s the first time in my life I had to use them and BBB did the work.  Again thank you ??
