    We previously had multiple 411 deliveries, spending thousands of dollars without incident while building a horse arena. I called, spoke with Vicky, requesting a quote on arena sand mix. She took my information and she said she would hold onto the information and I would call when we were ready for delivery. The next morning a truckload showed up, no prior phone call as with all previous deliveries. I advised the driver that we had not ordered it and were not ready for it. He called the office and went back. The following week we were ready but when I called to arrange delivery I was told they would never deliver to us again. I tried to speak to someone higher than Vicky but was repeatedly hung up on. She would not admit her mistake. We hired an outside trucking company and warned them about the situation. When the truck was fully loaded, they asked what the delivery address was and there were made to unload and reload the truck. A year later and they still won’t deliver to us. We continue to get hung up on when we request to speak to someone other than Vicky. We have never raised our voices nor used ugly language.
