Refund and Catastrophe Policy
IF WRITTEN NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL IS MADE:
- Within five (5) days of registration and this dated document – A full refund of participation fees is given, minus a $100 administrative fee.
- 6 days to 3 weeks AFTER registration and this dated document – 25% of participation fees paid will be refunded, less the initial deposit.
- 4 to 8 weeks AFTER registration and this dated document – 10% of participation fees paid will be refunded, less the initial deposit.
- More than 8 weeks AFTER this dated document – No refund is provided; however, participation fees may be transferred to the next consecutive ARTS event (transfer fees apply).
- Any refunds issued will exclude processing fees.
In the Event of Catastrophe:
If an ARTS event is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, labor disputes, war, government shutdowns, etc.), all monies paid by registered participants will be transferred to the next scheduled ARTS event. Transfer fees will NOT apply in such instances.Additional Notes:
- A complete copy of this policy, along with details of what is included and optional expenses, will be sent to the email address provided during registration in the confirmation email.
- Payment plans, including Options 2 and 3, are subject to administrative fees.
